Adding Immunisations

To add an immunisation:

  1. Select a patient record, see Searching for a Patient for details if required.
  2. Open an Encounter, see Opening an Encounter for details if required.
  3. Enter a keyword in the dynamic data entry bar, for example, 'inf vacc' to trigger Influenza vaccinations:

  4. Select the vaccination required.
  5. Enter vaccination details, if there is more that one vaccination option start typing to trigger the pick list:

  6. Enter a Batch number and select Save to record.

The vaccination is saved into the Encounter.
